The Shake It Practitioner Weight Management Program has been specially designed to assist your body to lose weight and keep it off, by making it simpler to adhere to a lower calorie intake, and addressing lifestyle and behavioural factors that are typically neglected in weight loss diets. You will be following a scientifically proven process to lose fat mass, lower weight, and maintain your results long term.
Phase 1 – Intense
The first 6 weeks requires strict adherence to your chosen dietary plan in order to establish new eating habits and maximise initial weight loss.
Phase 2 – Pulse
2 weeks of diet breaks followed by 2 weeks of active dieting until your goal weight is achieved. Diet breaks help to prevent metabolic adaptation and weight plateaus, lowers the set-point, and provides a psychological break from dieting.
Phase 3 – Maintain
Once your goal is reached, it is recommended that you attend monthly appointments for the first year following weight loss.
